The session was organized by the BBA/BCA Department of K K Wagh Arts, Commerce,
Science and Computer Science College, Nashik for AICTE approved BBA and BCA colleges in
Nashik district with the objective of guiding institutions regarding the fee approval process,
documentation requirements, procedural guidelines, scholarship processes, and important
instructions related to professional course admissions and fee regulation procedures.

The keynote speaker for the session was Hon. Prof. Vikas H. Chaudhari
(Mechanical Engineering, District Nodal Officer, DTE Regional Office, Nashik).

During the session, Hon. Prof. Chaudhari provided detailed guidance regarding the fee approval
process for AICTE approved BBA/BCA courses. He explained that BBA and BCA courses have
been considered as Professional Courses from the academic year 2024-25 onwards. He also
guided participants regarding the CAP Round admission process and explained various rules and
regulations related to admissions and scholarship procedures.
